The last time I flew into London I decided to take a flight that arrived at London Gatwick Airport instead of London Heathrow Airport. If you have ever been to Heathrow Airport then you know that it is one of the largest airports in the world and that many people change planes there before reaching their final destination. For stopovers, make sure you book a couple of Gatwick escorts for unusual entertainment. Gatwick Airport is the 2nd largest airport servicing the London area and London City Airport is third.
I flew on British Airways and we used a gate in the North Terminal. I found it much easier to get around and much quicker to get into London. I noticed some cool pay as you go terminal lounges there and I think the next time I fly I will try one out. One was called V Lounge and was run by Virgin Atlantic Airways.
